PURPOSE: To prepare a volatile lubricating oil for fin-pressing, having excellent lubricity and capable of imparting fins with excellent hydrophilicity after the removal of the lubricating oil by heating. CONSTITUTION: This volatile lubricating oil for fin-pressing is produced by adding 0.1-3.0% polyalkylene oxide to a paraffinic volatile oil having a viscosity of 1.5-3.5cst. The polyalkylene oxide to be used in the above process is a polyethylene glycol, a polypropylene glycol or their copolymer having a molecular weight of <=5,000. |
