<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a pipe joint which is free from shortcircuiting in a state that a heat generating wire is bent by a pressure applied to it under a strong resin pressure at the time of injection molding. CONSTITUTION: This method of manufacturing a pipe joint with a heat generating wire, which embeds the heat generating wire in the wall of the pipe joint in a step to injection-mold a resin into a die 1 consisting of an outer force 11 and a core 12, comprises mounting a resin ring 2 on the core 12 corresponding to the resin gate 111a of the outer force 11, and leaving a resin-coated heat generating wire wound around the core 12 on both sides of the resin ring 2.</p> |
