This invention provides supplemented and unsupplemented tissue sealants as well as methods for their production and use thereof. Disclosed are tissue sealants supplemented, for example, with one or more of the following: growth factors, inhibiting compounds and/or potentiating compounds, drugs and demineralized bone.
