摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify a construction, to improve the accuracy of detection and also to improve the precision of a sensor tube, by using a sensor tube extending straight. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is constituted by a sensor tube 3 constructed by extending straight a pipeline 2 through which a fluid to be measured passes, a driving element 1 making the tube 3 bent in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the above extension and making it conduct a circular motion, and a pickup 12 (12a, 12b) detecting the displacement of the tube 3 when the tube 3 is driven by the driving element 11 and makes the circular motion. When a driving pipeline 3c of the tube 3 is made to conduct the circular motion by a coil member 14 (14a, 14b) of the driving element 11, a Coriolis force corresponding to a mass flowmeter of the fluid to be measured is generated in the pipeline 3c and a detecting pipeline 3d. In the pipeline 3c, accordingly, a displacement of -delta (or +delta) indicated by a broken line is generated between a point (a) (or supporting members 10a, 10b) of an inflow port 4 and a point (o) at an intermediate position facing the coil member 14.
