PURPOSE: To obtain a pickled plum pack enabling the easy taking out of a necessary number of pickled plums without damaging the skin, free from the reduction of the content of delicious component such as sourness caused with the water drop bedewed during defrosting, capable of quickly defrosting and having excellent taste. CONSTITUTION: A few frozen pickled plums are closely packed in a bag of a film which is air tight and impermeable to moisture. The packing is performed in a state closely contacting the air-tight film with the skin of the pickled plum. Further, an inert gas is filled in the bag. |
