BROADCASTING SIGNAL RECEIVER

PURPOSE: To obtain the broadcast signal receiver whose reception sensitivity is improved by decreasing a noise figure of an entire system. CONSTITUTION: The receiver includes a tuner 22 that is tuned to an IF signal of a specific channel received through an antenna and provides an output, an IF signal processing section 26 that processes the IF signal outputted from the tuner 22 as a video signal, and a low noise amplifier 20 whose noise figure of the entire system is improved that amplifies an RF signal and provides an output of the amplified signal to the tuner 22. Then the low noise amplifier 20 provided to a pre-stage improves the noise figure of the entire system to improve the reception sensitivity.
