FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixture for production has 65-68 percents of vermiculite, 25-31 percents of liquid glass and 3-8 percents of sodium silicon-fluorine. Then, first layer of heater brick is pressed and arranged by pattern of metal heating element. Thickness of pressed layer is half of that of heater brick and is greater than 10 mm. Process runs in mould with pressure rate of 2-5. Cross section of pattern is fine. This results in possibility of its free removal from ceramic mix after covering by second layer. Then pattern is removed and second layer is produced in same conditions as first one. EFFECT: increased efficiency, decreased cost of process, decreased cost price. 2 dwg |
