A variety of means has been devised for the attachment of shopping lists to grocery carts. In this invention, a panel to which a list may be affixed is contained within a rotatable frame which, in its upright position, provides the means by which the list may be hung on a wall and, in its inverted postion, provides the means by which the list may be mounted on the back support of an infant seat on a standard shopping cart. When mounted on a shopping cart, the list is presented on a rigid, smooth panel in an essentially vertical position with a slight rearward inclination, providing optimal visibilty within the shopper's normal lines of sight, and a solid writing surface within an easy arm's reach of the shopper, without obstructing access to or reducing the carrying capacity of the shopping cart. By providing a dedicated location in the household for a list to which entries may be made as they occur between shoppings, and a novel means by which that same list may be mounted easily and conveniently on a grocery cart, the value of the shopping list as an organizing tool and, consequently, the efficiency with which shopping may take place, are enhanced by this invention.
