SUBSTANCE: the tape is made of a layer of mica paper, which is a phlogopite mica bed and glass cloth backing obtained by impregnation and gluing together by impregnant, containing binder consisting of epoxy and phenolformaldehyde resins, and organic solvent using high-polar substances that are dissolved in water; and fraction of total mass of phenolformaldehyde resin in binder corresponds to fraction of total mass of epoxy groups multiplied by coefficient (1.45+-0.1). EFFECT: enhanced reliability. |
