FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: storage has heat insulating tank partially filled with a liquified gas with a vapor cushion above it and hollow torus mounted inside the tank. The top part of the torus is in the vapor cushion. The bottom part is at the bottom of the tank. A piston with spring-loaded valves is mounted in the central part of the torus. The piston is pivotally connected with the arm of a rocker through a tie. The rocker is mounted for permitting rotation on the fixed support secured to the inner surface of the tank. The second arm of the rocker is pressed to the outer surface of the member made of a metal with the shape memory and rigidly secured to the inner side of the tank. The member is hollow. An electric heater is mounted inside the space of the member. Ribs made of a heat conducting material are positioned at the top of the torus.
