SUBSTANCE: machine for treatment of ballast stone or formation for track 8 which has rails 6 and ties 7 has machine frame 2 moving continuously along rail track on running gear chassis 5. Machine has also device for lifting rail installed between two running gear chassis. To lift rail track 8 by means of drive 37 device is moved vertically and is connected with machine frame 2. Rail lifting device 15 has bearing housing 25 passing square to longitudinal direction of machine and made longer than length of tie. Bearing housing in operating position forms, with drives 37, unit 38 embracing rail track 8 in cross direction of machine and resting on machine frame 2. Unit 38 is connected with rollers 26 rotating around axis directed transversely relative to machine and adjoining ties 7 of rail track 8. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 11 cl, 5 dwg
