FIELD: biochemistry, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of amine-containing insoluble carrier (natural biopolymers, for example, chitin or chitosan, with polypeptide antibiotics) and condensing agent - aqueous solution of 10-25% glutaric aldehyde. Reagent consumption per 1 g natural biopolymer: 0.15-0.5 g antibiotic and 0.15-0.5 g glutaric aldehyde. Process is carried out at 15-37 C. Proposed affinity sorbent can be used for purification of proteinases and product can be used in food industry, biochemistry, medicine, for detergent manufacture, in enzymatic synthesis of peptides, in research aims. EFFECT: simplified process, increased yield of sorbent, absence of carcinogenic substance use. |
