PURPOSE: To enable exact examinations and approvals by displaying update information from the preparation of a document to examination and approval and checking the update information by examiners and approvers. CONSTITUTION: As for a financing process of obtaining the sanction to a plan by circulating the draft prepared by a person in charge job, a document preparing person refers to the information required for the preparation of a document from a data base system 101 on a computer 111 at first, prepares the process document and stores it in a document data base 105. An examiner examines the contents of the process document on a computer 121. If the examination result is a 'rejection', the document is returned to its original state. If the result is 'OK', an approver inputs the examined process document on a computer 131 and approves the contents of the process document. The history information on only the information referred to at the time of preparing the process document is stored in an update history data base 104. Thus, because the data quantity of the update history data base 104 is reduced as compared with the case where all the update information is stored in the update history data base, the retrieval time for update information is shortened, response time is shortened and the working efficiency of examination and approval works is improved. |
