<p>PURPOSE: To use a radar-transponder even except in case of emergency by providing an antenna for radar-transponder (SART) and an antenna for receiving a global-positioning satellite which is installed parallel to the face of the antenna for the SART and used in vertically folded manner in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: When finding out the position in normal time, an antenna 32 for GPS is held horizontally with the face facing up to receive the radio wave from a global-positioning satellite, and when an SART circuit can be effectively utilized, an antenna 31 for SART is held for the face to become vertical. On the other hand, in case of emergency, an antenna 33 for marine VHF is opened from a starting point, namely the tip part on the reverse side of a frame body of the antenna 31 for SART, and when unlocked, the antenna 32 for GPS is bent in the direction in which this antenna moves away vertically from the upper face of the antenna 31 for SART. Thus, the antenna 31 for SART is exposed to increase the sensitivity to receive the radar from the searching ship, and to output a response signal.</p> |
