PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items, and improve an assembling characteristic. CONSTITUTION: In an insulating base stand 1, support protrusive parts 4 are integrally protrusively arranged downward from a peripheral edge part of an installing hole 2 to which a cylindrical conductive cover 30 is fitted, and a contact holding part 6 to be inserted into the installing hole 2 is integrally formed on bridging parts 5 formed from these support protrusive parts 4. A fitting part 32 to be fitted between the inner periphery of the installing hole 2 and the outer periphery of the contact holding part 6 is formed in a lower end part of the cover 30. An installing collar 33 to engage from the upper surface side with the peripheral edge of the installing hole 2 is protrusively arranged in an upper end part of the fitting part 32, and a locking groove 34 is downward formed separately from the installing collar 33, and engaging piece parts 41 of an earth contact terminal 40 are formed in a bifurcated shape to be engaged with and connected to the locking groove 34 of the cover. The installing collar 33 of the cover 30 fitted to the contact holding part 6 of the base stand 1 is engaged with an upper surface of the base stand 1, and the engaging piece parts 41 of the earth contact terminal 40 are engaged with the locking groove 34 of the cover 30 fitted to and inserted into the installing hole 2 on the under surface side of the base stand 1.
