The installation contains at least one intermediate container (12) coupled via a link line (3) with a stop valve (6) to a dispensing valve (2), driven via a programmable control. There is a mobile, transportable frame with the fitted dispensing valve.The frame carries releasably coupled mobile, transportable, intermediate container in an elevated section. The intermediate container has a capacity of at least 300 litres. In a lower section of the frame are supports for the end container (20) to be filled, holding it with its inlet aperture below the dispensing valve.
