<p>A tennis racquet is provided with a head portion which has a substantially circular cross section to provide an aerodynamic shape. The maximum outside dimension of the cross section is less than 15 mm. The cross section is annular in shape, and the thickness of the annular wall is preferably with the range of about 3 to 4 mm +/- 0.5 mm. The racquet is preferably lightweight and preferably has a high center of gravity, a high center of percussion, and a high frequency of vibration. <IMAGE></p> |
