Vertical take-off and landing aircraft and aircraft docking bay

The aircraft has an associated docking bay (2) with a reception seat (3 receiving the aircraft fuselage (1) which is pivoted from its horizontal flying position into a vertical landing position.The docking bay is provided with current supply and telephone lines, with a radio link allowing telephone data to be exchanged with the aircraft and an electric re-fuelling device for rapid re-fuelling of the aircraft.
