PURPOSE: To provide a prosthetic material capable of securely and permanently fixing the defect point of a patient having an atrial septal defect to the interatrial septum by a percutaneous transvascular cavity catheter method. CONSTITUTION: This prosthetic material for the atrial septal defect is composed of at least two clip members 1 for clamping the end edges of the diaphragm of the atrial septal defect parts, a flat planar member 5 for closing the atrial septal defect parts and at least two binding members 9 which are fixed and installed to this flat planar member 5 and are fitted with the projecting line parts of the clip members 1. |
