PURPOSE: To simplify a process for producing a door trim for a vehicle by integrating a buffer material with a skin material without using a fixing material such as an adhesive or a rivet without forming the skin material into a sheet like shape and separately producing the buffer material. CONSTITUTION: After a molten resin 12melt to serve as a skin material is supplied to the wooden base material 11 set to a lower mold 20, the molten resin 12melt is spread throughout the gap between the base material 11 and both molds 20, 21. High pressure gas is injected into the molten resin pool 12melt 1 supplied to the rear of the base material 11 from a gas supply pipe 23 and, at the same time, a slide mold 20b is allowed to fall to spread the molten resin 12melt by the pressure of the high pressure gas to form a bag-shaped buffer part 12b. By this constitution, the skin part 12a and the buffer part 12b are integrally formed. |
