<p>PURPOSE: To appropriately carry out suction lining even when there exists a recessed part such as a cheese part on a pipeline by arranging smoothing pigs for application of lining in front and rear and introducing them into a pipe so as to position the pigs on the front side of an introduced resin plag when the resin is poured into the pipe. CONSTITUTION: When the lining on the inner face of a pipe is repaired, a liq. resin A with a required amt. for lining in a feeding pipe 7 is transferred to a branched position of a conduit 1 side by a liq. flow. In the first process, two smoothing pigs 3 for application of lining are arranged in front and rear so as to position the pigs on the front side of a resin plag and are introduced into a pipe. Then, by using a resin pouring apparatus 11, the resin A is poured in the pipe from an earthly opening part 14 by a liq. pressure obtd. by a liq. feeding pump 10. When there exists a cheese part 12 during the resin A is transferred in the pipe and even when one of the smoothing pigs 3 enters the recessed part of this cheese part 12, remaining one does not enter the recess and the following suction lining can be appropriately performed.</p> |
