The device comprises the following: a winding and unwinding device for aroll of film (1); a punching matrix (A) with a cutting plate (6), a cuttingaperture (7), a pressure block (8) and a cutting template (11), the film isguided between the cutting plate (6) and the pressure plate; a pressureapplying device (9-10) for the pressure block (8) to press the film againstthe cutting plate (6) and to hold it in position; a pressure applying device(12-13) to press the cutting template (11) into the cutting plate (6) and topunch a label or a strip out of the clamped film (1) and to transport itthrough the aperture (7), in the cutting plate (6); a photocell (22)situated alongside the film to be wound, for establishing the correctposition for the label or strip to be punched out of the film in thepunching matrix (A); an injection mould matrix (B) with a fixed section(25), a moveable section (14), which is also equipped with a mould intowhich a thermoplastic synthetic material is injected; a transfer arm (C)with a suction plate (21), and transportation means (17-20) the said armpresses the suction plate (21) into the cutting plate (6) and holds it inposition to catch the punched label or strip and transfer it into theinjection mould matrix (B).<IMAGE> |
