<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the slidability, slipping properties and wear resistance of a composite hose formed of a soft resin and a hard resin and to enhance the integrity and the durability. CONSTITUTION: A composite hose 1 comprises a hose body 2 formed of a soft resin having flexibility, and a spiral part 3 formed in plane on the inner surface of the body to be spirally exposed, wherein a hard resin of the part 3 is formed of an olefin resin in which the crosslinked material of water crosslinking silane modified polyolefin is crosslinked. A spiral reinforcing part 4 formed of hard resin is embedded in the body 2. The exposure area of the spiral part of the inner surface of the hose is about 50 to 95% of the inner surface of the hose, and frequently twice or more as large as the exposed area of the soft resin.</p> |
