<p>PURPOSE: To adjust the relative position between a photointerruptor and a light shielding plate easily and to improve the detection accuracy of the photointerruptor. CONSTITUTION: While a light shielding plate 22a is reciprocally moved, a time for letting the light shielding plate 22a through a photointerruptor 20a to the left side of the light path 0 of the photointerruptor 20a and a time for letting the light shielding plate 22a through the photointerruptor 20a to the right side of the light path 0 are measured. Then a board 23a is transferred in a direction (shown by an arrow X) parallel with the slit 24a of the photointerruptor 20a and, if the board 23a is fixed at the position where the time for letting the light shielding plate 22a through the photointerruptor 20a to the left side and the time for letting the light shielding plate 22a through the photointerruptor 20a to the right side are equal to each other, the center of the light path 0 of the photointerruptor 20a and the center of the amplitude of the light shielding plate agree with each other.</p> |
