CONSTITUTION: A first flash memory 104 storing data, an inspection code generation means 103 generating a code for error check of data, a storage means 105 storing the code for error check, which is generated by the inspection code generation means 103, and a control means 101 executing a serires of processing for reading or writing data for the first flash memory 104 and storing the code for error check, which is generated by the inspection code generation means 103 in accordance with the data stored in the first flash memory 104 during the execution of a series of processing, in the storage means 105 are provided. |
