PURPOSE: To provide the voltage non-linearity resistor manufacturing method with which a resistor, having various excellent and uniform characteristics, can be supplied in a stable manner. CONSTITUTION: In the voltage non-linearity resistor manufacturing method containing a process of molding and firing the granulated powder obtained by granulating the raw material powder which is mainly composed of zinc oxide, the content of Na in granulated powder is set at 50ppm or smaller. Raw material is obtained by adding Co2 O3 and the like to zinc oxide, and a voltage non-linearity resistor is manufactured using the above-mentioned raw material powder. At this time, the Na content in Co2 O3 is set at 300ppm or smaller. |
