PURPOSE: To enhance the standardization of empirical intuition routine and to improve exactness by consisting of an apparatus for standardizing the disease diagnosing and administrating routine for man, animals and plants and a method for utilizing this apparatus. CONSTITUTION: This method and apparatus are firstly composed of an apparatus for calculating and checking the coincidence of article information, past administration history information and present prescription information and a transmitted ray deciphable pharmaceutical prepn. capable of checking the prescription contents from the outside of envelopes after dispensing for the purpose of standardizing a compounding and administrating environment of medicines. The method and apparatus are secondly composed of an apparatus for transmitting and receiving bidirectional data images and making treatment and diagnosis which converts the diagnostic materials, such as blood pressures and internal organ sounds, to digital signals and transmits these signals and a method for checking the original by simultaneously and electronically transmitting and receiving the confidential information, such as specialists' medical certificates, treatment materials and prescriptions to and from plural places for the purpose of standardizing a disease diagnosis and treatment environment. The method and apparatus are thirdly composed of a method for managing and utilizing the treatment history information for standardization of the compounding and administrating environment and the disease diagnosing and treating environment data. |
