<p>PURPOSE: To assure optimum cost, quality and productivity by incorporating position aligning, automatically assembling and inspecting steps for assembling from supply of respective unit components previously molded and machined in an apparatus for setting up a contact switch. CONSTITUTION: A body block 11, an elastic force plate 14 of a flow contact and a support piece cover 16 for forming constituting components of the contact switch assembly are previously primarily molded and machined, arranged as many components coupling, wound on reel supply units 21a, 22a, 23a and continuously supplied. Respective position alignments of the plate 14 are performed through a first position aligning means, connected to the block 11 to form a first assembly. Meanwhile, the cover 16 is aligned to a predetermined position by a second position aligning means, connected with a pin member 15 to form a second assembly. The first and second assemblies are connected to form the contact switch assembly, and a contact stage between the plate 14 and a fixed contact is inspected through an inspecting means.</p> |
