PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce the volume of water to be used and to inexpensively produce stable crushed sand by adopting constitution to produce the crushed sand from one sorted raw stone by wet process sand crushing production, producing the other raw stone by dry process sand crushing production and mixing this crushed sand with the crushed sand of the wet process crushing production. CONSTITUTION: The raw stone supplied at a fixed rate from a raw material hopper 11 by a feeder 22 is thrown in a primary sand crushing machine 13, by which the raw stone is roughly crushed. This stone is thrown in a primary coarse sieving machine 14 and is sorted to the coarsely crushed stone and finely crushed stone by a relatively coarse meshed sieving net. Next, the coarsely crushed stone is thrown in an intermediate hopper 17 and the crushed sand is produced by a dry process crushing production line consisting of a feeder 18, a secondary sand crushing machine 19, a primary sand making machine 20, a secondary sieving machine 21 and a secondary dry process sand making machine 22. The finely crushed stone is thrown in a primary fine sieving machine 15 and is mixed under hydration. The crushed sand is then produced by a wet process sand crushing production line consisting of a primary fine sieve 15 and a wet process classifying machine 16 and is mixed with the crushed sand produced by the dry process sand crushing production line. |
