<p>PURPOSE: To effectively utilize an org. fiber waste material, to regenerate the waste material as various molded articles and to prevent the environmental pollution caused by the waste material. CONSTITUTION: The org. fiber waste material sorted from various wastes from the fiber industry and the sewing industry are coarsely ground and subsequently finely ground to form a fine fiber powder which is, in turn, mixed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin or/and a waste resin film and the resulting mixture is kneaded under heating to be homogenously melted and the molten mixture is molded into a pellet, sheet, mat or plate like molded product.</p> |
