PURPOSE: To reduce the adhering quantity of cement sheet like solidified material without lowering the strength of a form and that without generating the increase of the adhering quantity of the sheet like solidified material even after long-term use. CONSTITUTION: An FRP material mat 14a of glass fiber content 40%, an FRP material mat 14b of glass fiber content 20%, and an FRP material mat 14c of glass fiber content 10% are laminated on a lower metal mold 12 having clearances 13a, grooves 12b and grooves 12c for molding reinforcing edge members 2, intermediate reinforcing members 4 and plane ribs 5, and an upper metal mold 11 for forming the concrete placing face side is lowered for pressure molding. Since the concrete placing face side is formed of the FRP material mat high in affinity for cement and low in glass fiber content, the adhering quantity of cement sheet like solidified material can be reduced. |
