CONSTITUTION: A hot gas (steam) is jetted from a hot gas pipe 2 to a liquid egg running out of the output 1a of a liquid egg pipe 1 to spray the liquid egg as a liquid egg droplet, which is guided with a forming pipe 3 and simultaneously cooled down to give a scrambled egg. |
