PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises a specific silicone rubber-reinforced resin, a styrene resin, a thermoplastic polyester resin and a specific copolymer as a compatibilizing agent, thus shows excellent sliding properties, fatigue resistance, impact resistance and toughness. CONSTITUTION: This resin composition is obtained by formulating (A) 0.5-30 pts.wt. of a polymer having a multi-phase structure prepared by grafting monomers selected from (i) an aromatic vinyl compounds and (ii) (meth)acrylate esters onto a copolymer from (iii) anα-olefin and an epoxy group-containing unsaturated compound to 100 pts.wt. of a polymer blend comprising (B) 1-99wt.% of a rubber-reinforced resin prepared by polymerizing 95-30wt.% of (iv) an aromatic vinyl monomer or a mixture thereof with (v) other vinyl monomers copolymerizable therewith in the presence of 5-70wt.% of (vi) an organosiloxane rubber polymer, (C) 0-99wt.% of a styrene polymer from component (iv) or (iv) and (v), and (D) 99wt.% of a thermoplastic polyester.
