PURPOSE: To provide an ozonized water producing device by which concd. ozonized water is easily and continuously obtained with the water electrolysis not using a lead compd. but using a noble-metal electrode. CONSTITUTION: An anode 2 capable of catallytically generating ozone and consisting of a noble-metal wire mesh is pressure-welded to one side of a solid- electrolyte membrane 1 and a cathode 3 consisting of a wire mesh on the other side. An anode jacket 4 covering the anode 2 and a cathode jacket 5 covering the cathode are respectively provided on the anode 2 side of the membrane 1 and on the cathode 3 side. An inlet and air outlet are provided respectively to the anode jacket 4 and cathode jacket 5 to pass the raw water in which an electrolyte is dissolved through the jackets 4 and 5, and a DC voltage is impressed between the anode 2 and cathode 3.
