FIELD: manufacture of engines; diesel engine fuel supply systems. SUBSTANCE: diesel engine injector has housing with fuel supply passage, atomizer housing with nozzle orifice, fuel distributing chamber and elastic-deformation branch pipe. Located between injector and atomizer housing which form detachable joint is loading flexible member made of elastomer and provided with fuel distributing chamber in its upper portion; fuel distributing chamber is connected with swirling chamber by means of inclined fuel supply passages; swirling chamber is made in clearance between inner surface of atomizer housing and lateral surface of flexible member whose lower portion is made in form of elastic-deformation branch pipe engageable with taper portion of inner surface of atomizer housing. EFFECT: simplified construction, stable distribution of fuel in spray, enhanced reliability and durability due to reduction of mass of movable members, control of pressure of open injector. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
