FIELD: heat-transfer equipment; steam generators of primarily nuclear power plants. SUBSTANCE: steam generator has vessel with its evaporator, economizer, and reheat spaces, tube-in-tube heat-transfer members; each of the latter has two tube plates for mounting outer and inner tubes; it also has pipe for passing heating medium from top to intertube space and to inner tubes simultaneously, pipe for working medium from bottom to annular spaces between outer and inner tubes, pipes for discharging heating medium and steam. Annular spaces have flow turbulence stimulator in the form of coiled inner tube in economizer and reheat spaces. Coiled fins formed in the action provide for turbulization of working medium and heating medium passed through inner tubes. As an alternative, inner tube in evaporator space may be provided with one or more coiled sections whose length is 4-8 times smaller than that of straight sections. These sections may be coiled at gradually varying pitch from 5 to 20 diameters of inner tube. At beginning of section, it monotonously reduces and from center it increases. Coiling diameter gradually reduces to zero towards both ends of section. Inner tube in evaporator space may be coiled with pitch monotonously increasing towards reheater. As an alternative, tube arrangement in economizer and reheater spaces may be made in the form of abutting sections with gradually reducing and increasing diameters and constant coiling pitch. Straight sections of length equal to double coiling pitch may be introduced between coiled sections. EFFECT: improved design. 7 cl, 6 dwg |
