FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: building is formed on blocks of different stories. Blocks of one type have floor discs shifted for a part of story height to form flats in several levels, and are placed alternately with other blocks, where floor discs are placed in one level, and where stair-lift units are placed. Building blocks have through corridors that connect stair-lift units of the blocks and flats of each block. Crosswise walls and floor discs of a part of blocks are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Lengthwise axis of the building is broken in plane. Angle of lengthwise axis inclination ranges within. The building has pylons and pillars. One block is formed of two semi- sections placed at angle β to vertical crosswise plane coming through break point of lengthwise axis. The angle is determined on the base of relationship: β=180-α. Continuous foundations have reinforced leveling boom. Monolithic floor has ribs with spacing between axes of which exceeding slab thickness by a factor of 9 - 15. EFFECT: labour consumption. 43 cl, 20 dwg |
