FIELD: fruit reprocessing equipment. SUBSTANCE: juice expeller press is provided with auxiliary perforated piston, which is engageable with power mechanism through opening in expeller press chamber. In the process of juice expelling, press residues and juice produced are urged in opposite directions to zones, through which press residues and juice are discharged from pressing chamber. Discharge of juice is conducted without necessity for rotating expeller press. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. |
