The devide is designed to prevent the sliding at an icy road by controlling the spike pins which are laid at tread of a tire. The spike pins can be controlled at the driver's seat by simple operations. The spike pins are replacable when the spherical protrusions are worn out. The control device can be made as a simple and lightweight structure.
