摘要 FIELD: metallurgy, construction, bakery and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding and conveying products through thermal zone with predetermined temperature field along Z-shaped paths having parallel horizontal runs extending through height of thermal zone; discharging products from thermal zone. To do that, curvilinear temperature zone with maximum temperature in central part and minimum temperature in upper and lower edges is created. Products are displaced in two flows along Z-shaped paths with alternating horizontal runs so that six-stage pattern is formed. Charging and discharge of products are effectuated in stages positioned in upper and lower edges of thermal zone so that inlet and outlet of different flows of products are positioned on one edge of thermal zone and inlet and outlet of one flow of product are positioned on opposite edges of thermal zone. Curvilinear thermal field created within thermal zone is disposed in symmetry with respect to central horizontal plane. Products are discharged along outer stages and charged along adjacent stages offset toward central part. Number of Z-shaped paths is a multiple of two. Inlet and outlet of different product flows are positioned at one side of central vertical plane. Apparatus has multi-stage heat-insulated chamber with heating members, devices for transfer of products from one stage to the other stage, ejectors with drives and charge and discharge devices. The number of stages is at least six. Each stage is formed as longitudinal guide mounted on transverse ceramic pipes. Heating members are mounted within at least one guide positioned in central part of thermal zone. Transfer device has two sets of shelves disposed at both sides of stages. Ejectors are fixed on vertical beams in spaced relation through the whole height of zone , with space between ejectors being equal to stage spacing. Beams are connected with drive.
