FIELD: medical equipment; namely, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device for step walking has framework with fastenings to the trunk, two pairs of levers hinged to frame. Each pair consists of (interconnected by means of hinged joint) coxofemoral and talocrural levers and is connected with one end to the framework, and with its other end, to the supporting platform for footwear. Mechanism for locking the hinged joint with ratchet gearing and connecting the levers is kinematically connected with the movable platform. The framework additionally has cardan joint with locking mechanisms and ratchet gearing in joints, T-shaped strip with spikes and cylindrical cover plates on its short ends, and connected with its long end by means of cardan joint to the rear part of the seat. Cardan joint is made in form of mutually perpendicular hinges of the front and side inclination with controls. Each locking mechanism of hinged and cardan joints has pawl with cylindrical lug having pin and spring. Pawl is made for axial motion relative to joint body. Fastenings to the trunk have suspenders, patellar and talocrural shields. Pairs of coxofemoral and talocrural levers are located between user's legs and articulated with the seat base. EFFECT: precluded wedging of locking mechanisms of hinges of cardan joint with ratchet gearing in raising and lowering of load as ratchet gearing is unlocked with the aid of the lever and link system; increased reliability of its functioning due to removal of dynamic loads from pawl teeth; provision is made for support of load at any stage of its raising and movement (for instance, from the position of trunk inclination forward or to the sides). |
