摘要 FIELD: hydraulic system operation. SUBSTANCE: during liquid delivery to apparatus inlet part of it is drawn off from preliminary filled degassing tank 1 by ejector 6 into hydraulic tank 10. Simultaneously degassing tank 1 begins to receive liquid from main pipeline 9 through pack of reduction washers 8 and controlled restrictor 7. Degassing tank 1 air is pumped out, value of vacuum is controlled by restrictor 7 and step-by-step liquid reduction in pack of reduction washers 8 provides its cavitation free current under any pressure in main pipeline 9. Separated in degassing tank 1 air is collected in bellows 3 pressing liquid out of it. Periodically bellows 3 is pressed by piston 4 with the help of plunger 12. In the case bellows 3 does not have liquid piston 4 is going till stop 19 and pusher 18 opens valve 17, releasing compressed in bellows 3 air through pipeline 20 into upper part of hydraulic tank 10. Frequency of bellows 3 pressing is controlled by distributor 13, springs 15 and 16 and control device 22 electrically connected with electromagnet of distributor 13 Delivered from bellows 3 into hydraulic tank 10 air is kept there due to excessive pressure valve of breather 21 making over liquid in hydraulic tank 10 some exceeding pressure, that prevents atmospheric air entering hydraulic tank 10.
