FIELD: mechanical engineering; timing gars of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: curve of second derivative of movement of tappet, based on cam turning angle which forms its profile has section of positive values 1, 2 and section of negative values 3, 4. Sections are made in the form of piecewise functions of cam turning angle with finite number of pieces with preset initial conditions at beginning of section of positive values 1, 2 and end of section, of negative values 3, 4. Values of second derivative in points of joining of adjacent sections in modulus are maximum with limitations for second-order and higher-order derivatives and additional limitation for second-order derivative in initial portion of positive value section whose length is preset. EFFECT: increased density and mass of charge in engine cylinder by increasing efficiency of inertia supercharging. |
