A toilet seat-bidet assembly (9) including a toilet seat (10) mounted for pivoting movement about a rear hinge (16), the toilet seat (10) including a flow control means (26), water heating means (34), thermostat means (36, 24), water diverting means (40), front and rear nozzles (41, 80), with at least the rear nozzle (80) being retractable, air blower (46) and heating means (47) for heating the air, all in the confines of the toilet seat (10), and a friction hinge (18) with slow damping downward pivoting movement with effortless upper pivoting movement.
