The turn lock includes a locking element (11) fixed to the drive shaft, with at least one aperture for a locking bolt (23). The bolt can move axially and is sprung by a spring (30). The locking bolt is disengaged by an operating element (41).The locking element is alongside the locking bolt, and has a setting cam (40) projecting into the lifting path of the locking bolt. The cam is fitted in the casing (2) of the unit (1) in at least one setting position which can be present so that the locking bolt is held in the disengaged position against the force of the spring.
