PURPOSE: To regulate a position of a printed board side connection terminal easily and securely by regulating a position of a terminal of resilient conductor fixed on a main housing and bent for a specified angle, and inserting a connector housing into the main housing for composing a socket. CONSTITUTION: Protrusions 19 are provided on an upper surface and a lower surface of a connector housing 2. The protrusion 19 expands a back part of a cylindrical part 8 when the housing 2 is inserted into the cylindrical part 8 of a main housing 1, so the housing 2 is engaged with a groove 10 in the housing 1. An inner shield case 3 is integrally formed of a metal plate in a rectangular cylinder form. Grounding terminals 18, 18 of the case 3 in which terminals 12, 13 are disposed are inserted through entrances of slits 17, 17 of the housing 2, and as the case 3 is pushed backward, the terminals 18, 18 are guided by the slits 17, 17 to slide backward, so the case 3 is smoothly and easily contained inside the housing 2. An upper plate, a lower plate, and a right and a left side plates are engaged and locked by a stopper part 22g. |
