PURPOSE: To make effective use of a heat exchanger even if a thermo-controller is in an OFF state by taking such a measure as drives a variable wind direction louver when the thermo-controller is in an OFF state created by a room temperature controller, and moreover, while the temperature of the heat exchanger exceeds a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION: A centralized air conditioning system 1 drives an air supply motor 7 with a controller 5 during heating operation and turns a movable air direction louver 9 by driving a louver drive motor 8. During this operation, a room temperature controller 12 operates based on a detected signal of a room temperature sensor 11 so that the heating operation may come to a halt temporarily and thereby hold the room temperature to a setting temperature. The room temperature controller monitors the operation of the room temperature controller 12. For example, if the indoor equipment to be used is a thermo- controller in an OFF state, the rotary speed of the air supply motor 7 is reduced so that it may be driven in a weak mode. The controller 5 detects the temperature of a heat exchanger 6 based on a detected signal of a temperature sensor 10. In case when this detection signal is at least a reference temperature, for example, the drive of the movable wind director louver is continued. |
