PURPOSE: To provide a polymer network structure in which a low-molecular material is held between the skeletons of three-dimensional continuous network made of a specific thermoplastic block copolymer, thus is useful as a gradually releasing material or a cushioning material because it is excellent in gradual release of the low molecular material, low hardness and cushioning properties. CONSTITUTION: This network structure is obtained by mixing (A) a thermoplastic block copolymer having one or two crystalline ethylene blocks(CEB) on one or both chain ends with (B) a low molecular material such as paraffin oil and holds the component B between the skeletons of the three-dimensional continuous network made of component (A). Preferably, component A is prepared by bonding 5-70wt.% of CEB melting higher than 40 deg.C to one or both chain ends of an amorphous polymer such as amorphous ethylene-butylene copolymer or an amorphous ethylene-butylene-amorphous styrene block copolymer wherein the three-dimensional continuous network skeleton 1 has less than 10μm average skeleton diameter d and less than 80μm average cell diameter D.
