PURPOSE: To realize a soldered appearance inspection device in which the illuminating angle is automatically switched to a higher one when the soldered part of a part is shaded by an adjacent part is judged to perform an inspection, and a ring light is automatically switched even when a tall part is mounted on a base to precisely inspect the soldered part. CONSTITUTION: This device has a camera for taking the image of the soldered part of a part 2 to be inspected which is lighted by a bottom light, a middle light, and a top light, and a light switching means 12 for switching the illuminating angle to a higher one when the luminance of the image pattern of the soldered part of the part 2 in the image by the bottom light is lower than a prescribed value to light the part 2. It also has an inspection means 13 for inspecting the soldering on the basis of the image patterns by the top light, the middle light and the bottom light of the soldered part of the part 2 lighted from the switched high illuminating angle. |
