<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate an effect of bubbles generated from fluid in a suction stroke for ensuring the stability of flow in the minute flow by disposing a pump head above a cylinder while composing a suction check valve to eliminate the bubbles. CONSTITUTION: Since in a suction stroke a valve element 9 of a suction check valve 10 approaches a valve guard 8 to open a suction port 6, fluid is sucked through a suction pipe 21 and the suction check valve 10 into a pump head 1. A bubble eliminating mechanism consists of a valve seat 5, valve element 9 and valve guard 8 sequentially disposed from the upper part of the suction check valve 10 toward the lower part, and the valve element 9 is formed of a material having the specific gravity lighter than fluid and the weight heavier than bubbles 3 into the spherical shape. thus, the valve element 9 is not placed in intimate contact with the valve guard 8, so that fluid flows into a cylinder 4 from between both valve element and valve guard. Then, the suction side has the negative pressure, bubbles 3 gasified from fluid rises through the suction check valve 10 to be collected through the suction inlet 6 in an air reservoir 2 so that an effect of the bubbles in the suction stroke is eliminated and the reduction of a suction force is obviated to stabilize the flow.</p> |
